SCD Portobello Pizza
Ingredients:
-The biggest portobello mushroom caps you can find
-SCD legal marinara sauce
-Grated cheddar cheese
-Oregano
Instructions:
Slice off the bottom of the portobello mushrooms so they lay flat, and brush them with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Drain all excess liquids from the pan, top the mushrooms with sauce, cheese and oregano, then bake them until they are brown on the top, and enjoy!
